With 25+ years in the financial services industry, Trisha started her career with New England Life. After self-funding her education, she demonstrated the kind of skill and work ethic to be named an officer of the New England Financial in 1997. Upon being actively recruited in 1999 to Creative Financial Group (#1 ranked agency for life insurance sales and NEF/Met) for the Director of Operations position, Trisha gained a keen understanding of the complex front-end and back-end dynamics of running a financial services firm.

Trisha’s ability to work within given constraints, motivate and lead diverse groups of people toward successful goal achievement, and build and execute realistic marketing plans have made her a sought-after consultant and speaker for corporations and field offices alike.

Trisha has presented frequently with Richard Weylman on teaching sales representatives how to more effectively access the affluent and the wealthy and is a Distinguished Contributor to the Hoopis Performance Network. She is a member of Women in Insurance & Financial Services and GAMA (General Agents Management Association). Trisha has published articles in industry publications such as National Underwriter, GAMA Journal, the Society of Financial Professional’s Journal of Leadership and Management and Life & Health Advisor.In addition, she is Executive Director of the non-profit Sailing Heals (sailingheals.org).

Trisha graduated with honors from U-Mass-Lowell in 1991. She lives with her husband David and their two sons in Bradford, MA.
