Lean in/Lean On

We do a lot of work with clients who want to capitalize on the Professional Women’s market. One of the most exciting developments we’ve heard lately is outgoing Boston Mayor Thomas Menino’s drive to be the first city to close the gender-pay gap completely for women. So far nearly 50 companies have signed on to commit to do so. As President and CEO of Pax World Management, Joe Keefe, said at a recent seminar on Gender Balance hosted by The Bulfinch Group, we must “lean on companies to get them to change.” Way to lean, Mayor!
